Filiz and your habits
How does Filiz grow?
Every day you complete at least one habit counts as an active day. Filiz reaches a new stage at 1, 7, 21 and 66 active days. On day 66 it blooms and moves into Semra's Garden, and a new sprout starts.
I missed a day. Did I lose my progress?
No. Filiz never shrinks. A missed day only makes Filiz thirsty until your next check-off. Your streak restarts, but your growth stays.
How do I edit or archive a habit?
Tap the habit on Home, then tap the pencil in the top corner. You can change its name, icon, color, goal, days and reminder, or archive it. Archived habits live in Profile.
Widgets, Dynamic Island and Apple Watch
How do I add a widget?
Touch and hold your Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and search for Filiz. On the Lock Screen, touch and hold, tap Customize, then Lock Screen, and add Filiz. See the Widgets & Shortcuts guide for pictures, the Control Center water button and the Action button.
Filiz isn't showing in the Dynamic Island.
Filiz appears when you leave the app on a day with habits left, between 5 am and 10 pm. Check that Live Activities are on in iOS Settings, then Filiz, and that "Filiz in the Dynamic Island" is on in the app's Settings.
How do I use Filiz on Apple Watch?
The watch app installs with Filiz on iPhone. Open it on your watch to see today's habits and tap to log them. To add Filiz to your watch face, touch and hold the face, tap Edit, and pick Filiz for a complication.
Apple Health and Siri
How do I connect Apple Health?
Open Profile, then Settings, and tap Connect Apple Health. Then edit a habit and choose what fills it in under Apple Health. Filiz reads your data when you open the app.
A Health habit isn't filling in.
Make sure Filiz has read access in the Health app (your profile, then Apps, then Filiz), and that the habit is linked to the right data. Filiz only raises a value, so something you logged by hand won't be lowered.
What can I say to Siri?
Try "Log Drink Water in Filiz" or "How am I doing in Filiz". The actions are also in the Shortcuts app.
Subscriptions
How do I restore my purchase?
Open Profile, then Settings, and tap Restore purchases while signed in to the Apple Account you bought Pro with.
How do I cancel Filiz Pro?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Filiz. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
Your data
How do I export or delete my data?
Open Profile, then Settings. Export Data saves a file with all your habits and progress. Delete All Data removes everything from this device.
